Welp, that was quite the afternoon.
Thanks for joining me on what was simply a disastrous day for anyone trying to get home.
Trains have slowly made their way back on the grid; albeit extremely packed.
Transport for NSW has just issued a statement saying they expect to return to a normal service for tomorrow morning’s peak.
“We thank customers for their patience and remind everyone to please respect our frontline staff who are working to get everyone to their destination safely,” the statement said.
