Mba after 4 years work experience

I am planning to go or further studies with my first preference being MBA(else cfa). My parents have given me only this year to decide about mba(college jayegi toh shaadi kab karegi)
Iam planning CAT this year but these MBA portals and quora have confused the hell out of me. I have following doubts:
-to wait and opt for 1 year program or enroll for 2 year mba next year. I do have experience of 3 years in banking but i wish to shift to another industry or lateral shift to front end role. regular 2 year is prefered fr changing career but itseems my age , work experience might not bein my favour while getting admission according to some online career advisers.( they sent a huge document about selection criteria of iim a or b )
-which colleges would be good for my profile besides the top 10 99+%ile club.
