Mi 11 Ultra has the back cover raised - apparently due to the battery bulge from what I have read. the phone had been kept unused for over 5-6 months from what I am told. I have tested the device - it works perfectly, no issues.
considering this, revised price @ Rs. 19,999/- shipped for the Mi 11 Ultra,

the iPhone 8 Plus had its screen and battery replaced earlier. the screen is genuine.
the battery % shows 76 now, and gives the service warning. this phone has also not been used for close to a year now.
another disclaimer - the mic isn't working properly - you can hear the other person on the call, but your voice would be truncated, and issues with being audible. a bluetooth would solve this issue, although inconvenient.

UPDATES ::

1. upon testing and checking the Mi 11 Ultra - the camera (ultrawide) seems to have an issue. camera freezes when opting for 0.5x mode, and the camera has to be restarted as a result.
regular camera and front facing camera works without ado.
considering the camera module costs ~2-2.5k, revised price for the Mi 11 Ultra including shipping is @ Rs. 15,000/- fixed.

2. the Huawei Mate60 Pro has a dent on the right side of the body adjacent to the screen as observed and as a result, the revised price for the Mate60 Pro is @ Rs. 55,000/- fixed.

3. Redmi 12 5G @ Rs. 8,500/- fixed.

4. iPhone 8 Plus @ Rs. 9,900/- fixed.
