NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 1.34 crore), Quasar India(number of shares traded: 0.71 crore), Enbee Trade Fin(number of shares traded: 0.34 crore), YES Bank(number of shares traded: 0.27 crore), JP Power(number of shares traded: 0.20 crore), Maha Corp Ltd(number of shares traded: 0.18 crore), GTL Infra(number of shares traded: 0.18 crore), Pradhin Ltd.(number of shares traded: 0.17 crore), Suzlon Energy(number of shares traded: 0.13 crore) and NCL Research(number of shares traded: 0.11 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:19AM in Friday's session.

The NSE Nifty index was trading 237.6 points up at 24571.8, while BSE Sensex was up 877.45 points at 81119.69 at the time of writing this report.

In the Nifty index, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 6.32 per cent), Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 3.68 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(up 3.32 per cent), Adani Enterprises Ltd.(up 2.87 per cent) and Tata Motors Ltd.(up 2.36 per cent) were among the top gainers.

While Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.57 per cent), Nestle India Ltd.(down 1.33 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 0.59 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd.(down 0.19 per cent) and Bajaj Auto Ltd.(down 0.08 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
