Winners Club defeat Khandekar Academy by 4 runs in KDMA match

Kanpur: Priyanshu Rawat and Rituraj Singh's fine centuries powered Winners club to a 4-wicket victory over Khandekar Cricket Academy in the KDMA league match at Everest ground on Thursday. Khandekar Academy, opting to bat first, put up a solid score of 258 in 33.5 overs with ranji trophy player Almas Shauqat playing a remarkable innings of 131 runs. Winners club comfortably chased down the target in 26 overs. Priyanshu Rawat and Rituraj Singh's knocks of 104 and 123 runs respectively ensured the win, with Winners club reaching 260 runs for the loss of 6 wickets in 26 overs.
In another league match, host PAC outperformed Graduate club by 6 wickets. Graduate club, sent in to bat, posted 6 for 289 and PAC chased successfully, scoring 292 runs for the loss of 4 wickets. Sandeep Mittal remained unbeaten with a commanding 135 runs for the winners.
