Itanagar cops return 75 lost cellphones to owners

Itanagar: Itanagar Capital Police recovered and returned 75 lost mobile phones to their rightful owners during the 10th edition of the SAMVAD session held at Chimpu on Wednesday.
The event was conducted under the Police Ajin initiative.
Itanagar MLA Techi Kaso, who attended the event, lauded the teamwork and public-centric efforts of the Itanagar Capital Police.
A dedicated team led by Chimpu PS officer-in-charge inspector N Nishant played a pivotal role in the recovery efforts. Itanagar SP Rohit Rajbir Singh congratulated the team for their dedication in addressing public grievances and reinforcing trust in the policing system.
The SAMVAD platform continues to serve as a bridge between the police and the community, fostering trust, accountability and cooperation.
