Paras Defence announces 1:2 stock split along with Q4 results, final dividend

Paras Defence has declared a 1:2 stock split and its first-ever dividend of Rs 0.50 per share. The company’s Q4 FY25 net profit surged 117% year-on-year to Rs 20.83 crore, with revenue rising nearly 36% to Rs 108.23 crore.
