The correspondence shows that the company's representative declined to transfer funds into savings account of Priyanka Rana, wife of accused Dr Devang Rana. Despite facing pressure, the company sought advice from their chartered accountant and subsequently refused the transfer, citing that Rana was not affiliated with either the clinical trials or the ethics committee. The firm expressed concerns about potential future implications.
