Two students of Telangana Scheduled Castes study circle (TGSCSC) achieved ranks in the Civil Services Examinations 2024, results of which were announced on April 22 (Tuesday).
Commissioner and Vice President (TGSCSC) N. Kshitija said both Gokamalla Anjaneyulu (AIR 934) and Ramtenki Sudhakar (AIR 949) are expected to get Indian Revenue Service (IRS).
In the Civil Services (Preliminary) held in June 2024, 27 students from TGSCSC had qualified for the mains examination and three of them appeared at the interview stage.
The study circle located at Banjara Hills offers 10-month residential IAS coaching for candidates hailing from poor SC, ST and BC communities. The students are enrolled based on a State-level entrance test, notified every year during May/June.
