Burglary at shop in Kapil Nagar; booty worth Rs1.1L stolen

Nagpur: A burglary amounting to Rs1.1 lakh was committed at Natthu Sweet Mart at Automotive Chowk on Sunday around 1am. The store owner, Mehnoor Gaurav alias Harvinder Tuli, closed his shop in the evening and went home. An unidentified thief broke into the shop and stole Rs50,000 in cash and a 15g gold idol. The total theft amounts to approximately Rs1.1 lakh. Kapil Nagar cops have registered a case of burglary, and a probe is underway to identify and nab the accused.
