Look to the skies this evening (yeah, short notice) because there will be a flypast by an A400M Atlas military transport plane.
The Airbus A400M Atlas is a European four-engine turboprop military transport aircraft and is, well, it’s quite large, and is usually only seen over London for the King’s Birthday Flypast. This flypast is targetting the RAF Museum in Colindale, but should be visible for some distance around, and on the approach/departure routes.
Note – the museum itself closes at 5pm, but you will be able to see the flypast locally.
The flightpath isn’t released, but you should be able to track it on FlightRadar24 or ADS-B Exchange as it approaches London.
So, look to the skies this evening at around 6:45pm.
