The Anna Nagar All Women Police in Chennai arrested a 33-year-old Central government employee on the charge of cheating and sexually harassing a 25-year-old woman.
A senior official of the City police said S. Sathishkumar worked as an assistant at the GST office located in Anna Nagar and resided at the CPWD quarters in Thirumangalam. A few months ago, he got acquainted with a woman. He assured her that he would marry her and coerced her into having sexual intercourse with him on multiple occasions.
When the woman demanded that he keep his promise of marriage, he began avoiding her. Based on her complaint, the Anna Nagar All Women Police arrested Satishkumar on charges of cheating and sexual harassment.
