Bangalore-based Iconica, a real estate development group, is launching Iconica City, spanning 97 acres at Rushikonda in Visakhapatnam, billed as the largest integrated township in Vizag and Andhra Pradesh.
On Sunday, Iconica Group chairman K. Muralikrishna and managing director K. Santosh announced that Sri Tridandi Chinna Jeeyar Swamy would lay the foundation stone for the project near IT Hill No. 3 at Rushikonda on April 24.
In all 180 villas, with sizes ranging from 4,500 to 10,000 sq. ft. would be constructed in the first phase. Commercial complexes, a 5-star hotel, a shopping mall, premium apartments and IT Towers would be built in a phased manner in the integrated township. Iconica has a significant presence in Vizag for the past 10 years, they added.
They released a brochure of the project on the occasion.
