This FSU Student Had A Scathing Message For Donald Trump And It's Going Mega Viral
Two people are dead and six hospitalized after a shooting at Florida State University on Thursday. NBC News is reporting that the suspect is the 20-year-old son of a sheriff's deputy who had access to the deputy's weapon.
As the aftermath of the shooting unfolded, an FSU student called out two people in particular during an interview. The clip has three million views on X. "I’m gonna call on like, you know, Governor Ron DeSantis, the president, Donald Trump, for you know — this stuff keeps going on right?" the student posed.

"But we’re you know, praying every day...prayer’s good ...spirituality’s good, but, you know, prayers don’t do much right?"
"So, you know, it’s good for the soul, but is it still happening? I think it is, so, you know, we need to make some gun reforms."
Under Florida state law, guns are not allowed on college campuses.
In response to the video, people applauded the student. "God bless this kid for speaking truth," this person said.
"Thoughts and prayers are neither a policy nor a strategic solution... we're lacking moral courage from leaders like Trump and DeSantis," this person asserted.
"other countries have less gun deaths than us because they have competent laws. look at canada," this person pointed out.
A lot of people discussed the kinds of reforms they'd like to see. "Start charging the parents equal to the charge the kid gets," this person suggested.
"I'd propose slowing down access for people under 25," this person said.
And many other people expressed frustration. "Then vote for people who will make some gun reforms," this person said.
"another mass shooting... will this ever end in America?" this person asked.
Reporters asked Donald Trump about the shooting, and he said, "These things are terrible. But the gun doesn't do the shooting, the people do."
"I have an obligation to protect the Second Amendment. I ran on the Second Amendment, among many other things, and I will always protect the Second Amendment."
Governor Ron DeSantis said on X that. "Our prayers are with our FSU family."
In a video, also on X, he said, "This killer must and will be brought to justice to the fullest extent of the law."
