North Little Rock fire destroys two homes, damages third
NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Two homes were destroyed and another was damaged by a fire in North Little Rock on Saturday night.
According to North Little Rock fire officials, crews responded to the 1400 block of West 55th Street in the Amboy neighborhood around 8:45 p.m.
Officials said one home was engulfed in flames, and fire had spread to the homes on either side.
Fire crews were able to save the occupied home to the west of the original fire, but two unoccupied homes were destroyed, according to officials.
The cause of the fire is still being investigated, and there were no reports of injuries.
The North Little Rock Fire Department posted dramatic video from their initial response to social media.
