Currently I'm able to purchase 5080 from for 1.1L so I need a pc with monitor included in that 90k ,any suggestions please
No need keyboard and mouse
Got headphones later will add some speakers to it ,Have old SSD.256gb

4 tb harddrives so I can add nvme in later months ,got s23a700D 1080p 120hz monitor i think with 5080 i might need 4k monitor i guess?

Some motherboards might require a BIOS update to support the Ryzen 9000 series.

You can add some DDR5, preferably 6000mhz and a half decent power supply using the remaining budget.

If the budget permits then maybe you can upgrade to those X3D chips for gaming or more cores (r9 7900) for productivity.
 

This should be good. Surely can save some money on mobo but no point going above this mobo. See if you can use someone's SBI cashback CC.

Pair it with an Acer XV272U V3 for 17k from Amazon. Regd. 4K monitor; opt for an OLED TV later on. I have a 48" LG C3, it is great.

R5 7600 is enough for 1440p gaming right now & CPU bottleneck, if it happens, will be rare (fps will be 100+ easily even if it is CPU bottlenecked). Buy successor of 9800X3D after 3-4 years if you want, mobo will easily support that or even the successor of 9950X3D:
