Manipur BJP Minority Morcha chief’s house set ablaze for supporting Waqf Act

A mob in Manipur set fire to the residence of BJP Minorities Morcha president Asker Ali after he endorsed the Waqf Amendment Act. In response to the attack and protests, authorities imposed prohibitory orders in Lilong. Ali later retracted his support for the Act.
