UGI engineering colleges get ISO certification

Prayagraj: United Group of Institution's (UGI) two engineering colleges, United College of Engineering and Research (UCER) and United Institute of Technology (UIT), located in Naini, Prayagraj, received ISO Certification 21001:2018 for meeting the requirements of the Educational Organization Management System (EOMS) standard.
EOMS is an international standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). Its primary goal is to assist education providers in meeting the requirements and needs of their students and increasing credibility.
Expressing happiness over the achievement, UIT principal Prof Sanjay Srivastava said the certification is a testament to UGI's commitment to providing high-quality education and meeting the requirements of the EOMS.
UCER principal Dr Swapnil Srivastava said the achievement reflects the efforts of UGI to establish a robust educational system, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to international standards in its colleges.
UGI president Jagdish Gulati, vice chairman Satpal Gulati, and senior vice president Gaurav Gulati extended their best wishes to the principals and their team on this achievement.
