Salem- Arakkonam MEMU train services to resume

The Arakkonam – Salem – Arakkonam MEMU trains, which remain temporarily cancelled, will resume services on April 4.

A press release from Salem Railway Division said Train No. 16087 Arakkonam – Salem MEMU Train (except on Saturdays and Sundays), leaving Arakkonam at 5.15 a.m. and reaching Salem Junction at 10.50 a.m., will resume service on April 4.

Likewise, Train No. 16088 Salem – Arakkonam MEMU Train (except on Saturdays and Sundays), leaving Salem Junction at 3.30 p.m. and reaching Arakkonam at 8.45 p.m., will resume service on April 4, the release added.
