Nagpur: A National-Level YCCE X-MUN which was inauguarted on March 28, marked a significant addition to the ruby jubilee celebrations (1984-2024) of Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering (YCCE). The event was organized by the computer science and engineering department and witnessed enthusiastic participation from delegates across India, making it a truly national-level conference. The event was honoured by Shabbir Shakir as the chief guest, who provided valuable insights to the delegates.
Manali Kshirsagar, director technical, conveyed best wishes for the event. Principal UP Waghe highlighted the role of these platforms in developing leadership and global awareness. The conference received support from Lalit Damahe, head of CSE department, and guidance from incharge student activities-YCCE, Vaibhav Doifode, and Pratibha Waghale, coordinator YCCE X-MUN. Kushal Javkhedkar formally opened the conference, setting the stage for an engaging and insightful event.
Delegates engaged in dynamic debates and discussions across four committees: All India Political Parties Meet, United Nations General Assembly, United Nations Human Rights Council, and a unique IPL Auction.
