The ranking of safe countries has been prepared on the basis of the standard of living of the people of that country and the crime rate there. You will be surprised to know about the country at the top of this list.

The list of the world’s safest countries has been released. However, top spot in this list is not America, Britain or any powerful European country. Rather, it is a small country in South-Western Europe, which is located between Spain and France. According to the Numbeo Safety Index, the country has been declared the safest country in the world on the basis of the standard of living of that country and the crime rate there. The interesting thing is that in this ranking, India’s number is much higher than America and Britain. The name of the most safest country is Andorra.

Before moving on to India’s ranking, let’s know about the top five countries in the list. After Andorra, the United Arab Emirates is second on the list. Qatar is third among the safe countries, while Taiwan and Oman are fourth and fifth respectively. Although Taiwan is not internationally recognized as an independent country, it presents itself as an independent entity from China.

India ahead of America and Britain

America, which has the world’s most powerful army and high technical capability, is not even included in the top 50 list of safe countries. America ranks 89th among the safest countries in the world. Britain ranks 87th in the ranking. Compared to these two, India is much higher in the ranking. India ranks 66th among the safest countries in the world.

Pakistan is ahead of India in terms of numbers

Interestingly, Pakistan is ranked 65 in this ranking, which is one point above India. Another neighbour of India, China, is ranked 15th in this list. Venezuela is at the bottom of the list of 147 countries. It is followed by Papua New Guinea (146), Haiti (145), Afghanistan (144) and South Africa (143).
