Raj CM urged to let devpt work resume at Jaipur Eidgah

Jaipur: On Eid-ul-Fitr, chief qazi Khalid Usmani and Congress MLA Rafeek Khan appealed to chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma to resume the halted development work at the Eidgah on Delhi Road. Usmani said the BJP govt claims to support development for all, but real progress is lacking. He added that the CM should give a gift to the people on the occasion of Eid.
Khan accused the current govt of stalling the funds after the previous Gehlot govt approved around Rs 10.8 crore for Eidgah's development.
Khan said the govt, which talks about development for all, seems to have an issue with the Eidgah. He urged the CM to acknowledge the matter and give them a gift, sending a message that it is not his fault, that administrative reasons caused the delay, and that he will restart the work immediately.
