A 23-year-old civil engineer was killed after reportedly being hit by a train near St. Anthony’s UP School, Pallikkara, Nileswaram, on Monday evening (April 1).
The Nileswaram police reached the spot shortly after receiving the report and initiated necessary procedures. The body was sent to the hospital for a postmortem examination. An investigation is under way to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident, police officials said.
