Raj CM honours officers for executing e-governance schemes
Jaipur: Chief minister Bhajan Lal Sharma Friday felicitated officers at the Atal e-Governance State Awards 2022-23 & 2023-24 for their contribution to leveraging technology for public service.
IAS awardees included IAS officers Alok Ranjan, Ankit Kumar Singh, and Dr Krishna Kant Pathak. Bikaner range IG Om Prakash was awarded for his contribution to developing the Police Public Panchayat (PPP) web application for bridging the trust gap between law enforcement and the community. The platform facilitates public participation, improves transparency, and empowers marginalised groups. The app allows citizens to report crimes, view PPP meetings, and engage with police digitally.
Sharat Kaviraj, IPS, IG of SCRB, Jaipur, was recognised for developing modules in the Crime and Criminal Tracking Network System (CCTNS), and District Collector Alok Ranjan of Jhalawar for the Suvidha Mobile App enhancing home voting. Ankit Kumar Singh, IAS, Collector of Karauli, was honoured for an e-monitoring portal tackling anaemia through the Anchal Abhiyan. Dr Krishna Kant Pathak, IAS, Secretary of the Finance (Revenue) Department, Jaipur, was awarded for the e-Panjiyan and Integrated Tax Management System (ITMS), which improved administrative access and efficiency.
