The Centre for Management Development (CMD) here has been awarded the ISO 9001:2015 certification. As part of the Quality Management System (QMS) design, CMD developed a quality manual, quality system procedures, and regulations to streamline operations and ensure effective staff management, administration, client satisfaction, and procurement. S.M. Vijayanand, chairman, CMD, and Binoy J. Kattadiyil, director, CMD, received the certificate at a formal ceremony at CMD.
