HSS exam spelling errors: DGE told to submit report

Minister for General Education V. Sivankutty has directed Director of General Education (DGE) Shanavas S. to examine the spelling errors in some question papers for the higher secondary public examinations and submit a report.

Errors were reported in Plus Two Malayalam part II question paper, besides some subjects for Plus One examinations.

Question paper preparation is a confidential process with many phases. Where exactly did the errors creep in will be examined. If these are found to have an adverse impact on students, necessary decisions will be taken at the time of valuation, a statement quoting the Minister said on Saturday.
