Smooth start to SSLC exams in Mysuru, Mandya

Mysuru/Mandya: SSLC examinations began on a positive note in Mysuru region. The examination was held in 133 centres in the region. Among 36,388 registered candidates, 420 candidates were absent, and 35,968 appeared for the exam. A total of 19,926 students wrote the first language exams in Mandya. According to officials 232 of the 20,158 registered candidates were absent for the first exam, held in 62 centres across the district. The participating students found the paper easy, with none of the questions outside the syllabus. Although some students found it difficult to answer certain questions, the general opinion among students was that the exam was quite easy. DC Kumara also visited a few examination centres. At both Mandya and Mysuru, there was no incident of malpractice reported.
