Thane station to host 11-storey tower for retail space, offices, hotels

Thane is set to experience enhanced connectivity and modern amenities as Indian Railways develops an 11-floor tower at Thane station. The project includes leasable commercial space, retail shops, and transit facilities. With a completion target of June 2026, it is jointly developed by the Rail Land Development Authority and Thane Municipal Corporation under the SATIS-East scheme.
