Both men, who court documents identify as father and son, are being held in the Dallas County Jail.

According to the DCSO, the men sexually abused the same victim during the summers of 2019 and 2020. A search warrant application filed in the case said the victim had originally been enrolled at an archery academy run by Ross Bretsch. She was 14 and 15 years old at the time of the abuse.

An initial hearing for the men is scheduled for March 24th at the Dallas County Courthouse.
