Student caught cheating in Class 12 board exam in Jodhpur
Ajmer: A student was caught cheating in the English paper of Class 12 exam of Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) Monday in Jodhpur. This is the first case of cheating that has come to light during the ongoing board exams of RBSE this year.
RBSE secretary Kailash Chandra Sharma said the compulsory English subject paper for Class was held across the state Monday and it went smoothly, but a case of cheating was reported at a govt senior secondary school in Salwa Kalan in Jodhpur. "The student had brought two pages with him, hiding them in his clothes. During inspection, the invigilator caught him cheating from them," said Sharma.
Sharma said RBSE will take action against the student as per rules. He added that on Tuesday there will be an exam for a vocational subject in which 77,466 students in Class 10 and 36,037 in Class 12 will appear.
