Bombay High Court directs Kolhapur Court to decide Koratkar’s pre-arrest bail over Shivaji remarks

The Bombay High Court agreed to hear Maharashtra government’s petition seeking cancellation of pre-arrest bail granted to Nagpur-based journalist Prashant Koratkar in a case of alleged attempts to breach communal harmony.
