one ram slot, n100 supports upto 16gb as per intel but maxtang mention 32gb. Maxtang can have one m.2 ssd(NO nvme), one 2.5 ssd. S1 mini pc can have one m.2 nvme and one m.2 ssd.
 
I think you will need to provide photos of all the items you are selling. While the old sale threads are useful, you cannot reuse those photographs.

Intel site shows upto 16gb ram support in single slot. both products photos are now added with clear view. you can also check the old thread of each.

The product page you gave for S1 shows an inbuilt display but I don't see it in the photos. is it there or not?

it is, the lcd screen supports win 11 only, the photo not include the front view so it is on other side. the product is same.
