Eranhipalam native Ranjith Mathew has secured the Canadian government’s King Charles III Coronation Medal for his outstanding voluntary social service in the field of labour and employment sector.
He received the honour recently from Canadian Parliament Member Cheryl Gallant. His efforts to generate employment opportunities for ex-servicemen were also taken into consideration for the honour.
Mr. Mathew had been working in Canada for over 10 years after his graduation in law in 2015, a press release said.
