Peace rallies
The Federation of Civil Society Organizations FOCS is holding a series of rallies for bringing peace to Manipur from March 8 FOCS president Th Manihar made this announcement at its office near Imphal War Cemetery today The rallies for peace in Manipur are expected to reach all vulnerable villages which have been kept off limit to civilians by security forces However, no final decision on t
