Class XII students write language subject on first day of board examination

In Ramanathapuram district, on the first day of XII board examinations, 15,037 students wrote language subjects in 64 examination centres on Monday. 

A total of 6,875 boys, 7,731 girls from 160 schools and 431 private candidates took the examination.  

97 differently abled students with the help of scribes took the examination.  

About 1,088 staff were appointed for exam duties in the district.  

Sivaganga 

In Sivaganga district, 15,894 students, 7,157 boys and 8,737 girls were present language examinations in 83 examination centres.  

Further, 174 private candidates appeared for the examination.  

101 differently abled students with the help of 101 scribes took the examination.
