Man gets life term for burning wife to death
Hazaribag: Seventh additional district sessions judge, Braj Kishore Pandey, sentenced Kameshwar Prasad to life imprisonment on Friday for killing his wife by setting her on fire in March 2022. Kameshwar saw his wife Guriya Devi with another man at a village fair. Enraged by this, he severely assaulted her when she returned home. He then poured kerosene on her and set her ablaze. Due to her critical condition, she was referred to Rims Ranchi, where she succumbed to her burns. tnn
