Mizoram guv’s fund plea to FC

Aizawl: Mizoram governor Gen VK Singh emphasised the importance of Mizoram's unique needs and current challenges, urging the 16th finance commission to acknowledge the state's financial limitations due to its low revenue collection when making recommendations to the Centre. Singh said this when the FC delegation led by chairman Arvind Panagariya paid a courtesy call at the Raj Bhavan.
