There will be no sensitive or hyper-sensitive exam centres in the district. To prevent any malpractice and ensure transparency, CCTV webcasting will be implemented in all exam centres. The DC office will monitor this, and a team of principals has been formed for this purpose," added Kumara.
He also mentioned that a sitting squad and five mobile squads will be assigned to the exam centres to ensure no malpractice occurs. A three-member committee, consisting of the tahsildar, block education officer, and principal, will oversee the delivery of question papers to the exam centres. Armed police personnel will be deployed with vehicles carrying the question papers, and GPS trackers will be installed on these vehicles. A 200-metre radius around the exam centres will be declared a no-entry zone on exam days, and photocopy shops will not be allowed to open within the restricted area. Arrangements for drinking water, restrooms, and benches in good condition will be made at the exam centres. Additionally, KSRTC buses will be arranged for students in rural areas to ensure they can travel to the exam centres on the exam day.
Superintendent Mallikarjuna Baladandi mentioned that health personnel from the health department will be assigned to the exam centres, and all officers and staff assigned to the centres must wear identification badges. The use of mobile phones, smartwatches, or electronic devices will be strictly prohibited at the exam centres.
