Just for the sake of info. because of queries i am getting. I am quite old with PC stuff. I started by PC journey in 93 during my school days.

CD/DVD/ Optical drives came in two flavors. ROM and RW. ROM meaning they used to just read. these were cheap at 5500/-. Creative MM kit was 45k with a sound card. mpeg card and a ROM drive. back then and Those that used to write, I bought my first one @ 28000/- made by Yamaha. it used to write slowly at 2x.

these are DVD writers. it can write and ofcourse re-write on re-writable (black ish/brown) media.

I have samsung CD(almost 2 decade old)stored with some imp media , do you have any old DVD reader or something I can connect it to my laptop and copy the media from CD?
 
As mentioned on WhatsApp I'll be taking one. Whichever works with desktop. Leaving a msg here because my last msg on WhatsApp is not delivered. Good night.

these drives can read your media provided they are not scratched. you have to buy a sata to usb convertor . amazon is full of them.
 
Paid for one dvd writer and another item from his stock.
OP has shared the tracking I'd of the shipment as well..

dvdr media gone. CDR (700mb) is there . some 600 or 700 qty. can let go for 6rs per pcs.
