Erode: Former AIADMK minister K A Sengottaiyan on Thursday said everyone must unite to strengthen the party and work collectively to bring AIADMK back to power in the 2026 assembly election.
Sengottaiyan was addressing a gathering at Athani in the district to commemorate former chief minister M G Ramachandran's 108th birth anniversary.
Sengottaiyan said traitors, who contributed to the party's defeat in the last election, should be identified.
Recalling the challenges faced by MGR and former chief minister
Jayalalithaa in leading the party, he expressed his commitment to serve as a dedicated worker of the party.
"I am ready to work alongside the grassroot cadre of the party," he added.
