Kuvempu University will host a three-day convention on Knowledge in Society from February 20. Many intellectuals, social scientists, researchers, and experts from various fields will be attending the convention to be held at Shankarghatta, the university campus in Bhadravathi taluk.
University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sharath Ananthamurthy told The Hindu that the university is happy to organise the event that would examine the knowledge choices made so far and how they impacted the presented state of society in the country. “A good number of experts from various fields will gather and discuss how the choices of knowledge impacted our present condition,” he said.
