Procter & Gamble Health has appointed S. Madhavan as the new Chairperson of its Board, effective April 1, 2025, following the retirement of Suresh Talwar. The decision was approved at a board meeting and confirmed in a BSE filing.
Talwar, along with Rani Ajit Jadhav, will step down as an Independent Director upon completing their second tenure on March 31, 2025. The company expressed deep appreciation for their contributions and leadership during their tenure.
Madhavan, an Independent Director at P&G Health, brings nearly four decades of experience spanning accountancy, finance, law, IT, HR, and business management. A member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and an alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, he has held senior roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Hindustan Unilever.
He has also served as President of the Indo-American Chamber of Commerce (Northern Region) and Co-Chairman of the Taxation Committee at ASSOCHAM.
