Moscow saw nearly twenty percent tourism growth in 2024, with India contributing significantly. New partnerships aim to boost cultural and business travel.

Moscow attracted 19.7 million visitors in the first nine months of 2024, including 1.9 million international tourists, reflecting a 19% growth in foreign arrivals.

India emerged as a significant market, contributing over 61,000 visitors. Highlighting this connection, Moscow showcased its cultural and business tourism offerings at OTM 2025 in Mumbai.

Moscow also actively participates in major Indian travel events such as BLTM, SATTE, and MILT Congress. Its focus on B2B partnerships, familiarization trips, and business missions is designed to attract Indian travelers.
