Jaipur: With a week left before board exams begin, Charvi Agrawal, a Class 12 student at Maheshwari Public School, is busy making regular and more intensive practice of her lessons to sharpen her strategy for these crucial exams.
Knowing well that consistency is the key, Agrawal said she keeps doing the revision work with greater focus to stay on track and solves one sample paper every day for each subject.

"This practice not only improves speed but also helps me understand the exam pattern better. On an average, I dedicate seven to eight hours daily to my studies. While solving sample papers, I ensure each question gets the time it deserves based on the marks allotted to it, just like in a real exam. I pay special attention to presentation skills because well-structured and neatly written answers," said Agrawal, a commerce student.
For students who feel they are not well prepared, Agrawal said solving the last ten years' board papers can help immensely as the exam patterns tend to repeat.
"Instead of trying to cover everything at the last moment, focusing on high-weightage topics can be a gamechanger. In accountancy, I focused on the third book more as it alone carries 20 marks. Similarly, in partnership accounts subject, since the topic of retirement of a partner is frequently tested in board exams, it is a must-study area," added Agrawal.
