4 get life sentence for loot and murder

Jhansi: Additional Sessions Judge, Court No 2, Jhansi, Vijay Kumar Verma I sentenced four persons to life imprisonment and a fine of Rs 25,000 each convicting them in a 2021 case of loot and murder. The fifth accused, who absconded during the trial, remains at large.
Upon completion of the trial, the court found all the accused guilty under section 396 (dacoity with murder) and 411 (keeping of stolen property) IPC. The court decreed life imprisonment along with a fine of Rs 25,000 each, whilst a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the absconding accused Ravi. tnn
