Despite taking loans heavily, the TD government is not able to implement welfare schemes, he said and wondered what was happening to all the money.

He reminded that TD supremo and Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu campaigned about 'Super Six' schemes and distributed bonds to the every house during polls and even asked the people to question him if they do not get the promised sops.

"Now, none of the assurances have been kept. Whom should the people question and whose shirt should they catch hold," Jagan asked

The TD coalition government promised to provide employment. Instead, they removed 2.60 lakh volunteers and 18,000 staff working in wine shops, he pointed out. Staff in the village and ward secretariats have also been reduced in number.

Permission for new medical colleges has been accorded but now, the TD government is writing letters to the Centre stating that they do not need additional medical seats, he said.

Sand is being sold at double the rates when compared to that during the previous government's rule. All the wine shops have been privatized. He said that the sand, liquor and fly ash have their own cartels at the ground-level.

When the government's income is reducing, Chandrababu's income is rising, he alleged.

He said that the YSRC leaders would educate the people about Chandrababu Naidu's corruption.
