Narita, Tokyo, welcomes Turkish Airlines’ largest overseas lounge, offering luxury, comfort, and exclusive services for travelers from Nairobi, Moscow, Miami, Bangkok, and New York.
Turkish Airlines has unveiled its newest airport lounge at Narita International Airport in Tokyo, marking its seventh international lounge and the largest one outside Türkiye.
Situated in Terminal 1 South Wing, the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Narita spans approximately 1,500 m² upon full completion. The first phase, now open, accommodates up to 105 passengers, offering an exclusive retreat for eligible travelers.
Operating daily, the lounge welcomes Miles&Smiles Elite Plus, Elite, and Elite Corporate cardholders. Star Alliance Gold members and Business Class (First Class) passengers flying with Star Alliance partner airlines can also access the space before departure.
Ümit Develi, Turkish Airlines’ VP of Sales Far East & Oceania, expressed enthusiasm about the launch, stating, “We are delighted to introduce our largest overseas lounge, where Turkish hospitality meets the refined elegance of Japan.”
Guests can indulge in a buffet featuring Turkish, Japanese, and Far Eastern delicacies while enjoying relaxation zones, daybeds with panoramic apron views, and a private VIP room. Additional facilities include shower suites, accessible restrooms, and a baby care room for added convenience.
Seamless connectivity is a priority, with complimentary Wi-Fi, flight information screens, and a dedicated workspace catering to business travelers. The lounge’s aesthetic draws inspiration from traditional Turkish marbling art, with a striking homage to Mount Fuji at the entrance.
With this latest addition, Turkish Airlines now operates seven international lounges, with existing locations in Nairobi, Moscow, Miami, Washington D.C., Bangkok, and New York.
