Ahmedabad: The minimum temperature was 17.4 degrees celsius on Tuesday, which was 4 degrees higher than normal. At 29.4 degrees, the maximum temperature was nearly at par with normal. The forecast indicated that the minimum temperature might dip to 14 degrees on Wednesday as the effect of cyclonic circulation over south Rajasthan dissipates and winds prevail in a northwesterly to northerly direction.
The forecast mentioned, "Fall in minimum temperatures by 2-4 degrees during the next 24 hours. Thereafter, a gradual rise by 2-3 degrees celsius is very likely over the region."
At 9.6 degrees, Naliya recorded the lowest minimum temperature, followed by 14.1 degrees in Keshod and 14.6 degrees in Mahuva.
