Notorious criminal arrested after encounter in Varanasi

A notorious criminal, Prem Narayan Singh, was arrested by Manduadih police after an encounter. Singh, who had a bounty of Rs 25,000, was injured during the police operation and taken to the hospital. His accomplice managed to escape. Singh was previously involved in a chain-snatching incident.
