DTCC launches new facility in Hyd
Hyderabad: Global financial infrastructure giant, Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC), set up its new facility in Hyderabad, which houses 500 highly skilled resources. The US-based player plans to ramp up its Hyderabad facility to around 2,000 people over the next few years.
The new facility was unveiled in the presence of Telangana IT & industries minister D Sridhar Babu, DTCC's chief financial officer Rene Laroque Morais, and chief information officer Lynn Bishop on Monday.
"DTCC's expansion is a testament to Telangana's unmatched ability to nurture world-class talent and infrastructure. These 500 roles are just the beginning. We're not just creating jobs — we're empowering our youth to master global financial systems while anchoring growth here at home," Sridhar Babu said.
He said as the global race for skilled tech talent heats up, Hyderabad is uniquely poised to capitalise on this with over 120 companies now delivering advanced financial services worldwide from the city.
"Hyderabad is no longer just an IT hub. It's a city where fintech, biotech, and AI converge. Bring your boldest ideas here. We offer skilled talent, policy agility, and the freedom to innovate," he added.
